PRIVATE EVENT - COOKIES WITH SANTA 2024

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO 2024 HEIRLOOM MEMBERS ONLY. Cookies with Santa will be held in our downtown San Antonio studio. (Please remember it's a third floor walk up - no elevator.)

What to expect: Santa will be on our set in #306. We're using the baking set from last year again since it was such a hit! Food, drinks, mingling, and arts and crafts for the kids will in the lobby outside our door on the 3rd floor.

Event hours are 4-7pm - stay as long as you'd like but please be ready to shoot with Santa during the time slot you've selected to help minimize any wait time for yourself and others. Santa will break from shooting and will read A Christmas Story to the kids at 530pm. <3

Time blocks for santa are provided so that you have a guaranteed sit time with the big man. We plan to photograph 2 families every 15 minutes. This doesn't have to be the only time you have with him though. If your kiddos need additional time (because we all know everyone isn't in love with Santa) please feel free to hang out to grab a shot when either noone is schedule or folks are running late or early. :)

Please remember this event is FREE as are your photos with Santa. It is open only to Heirloom Club Members. There is another day scheduled for public photos with Santa.

1100 Broadway is an old 1930s building on the NE corner of East Jones & Broadway. Parking and building entry are on EAST JONES. Maverick Dog Park is directly across the street from our building.

BUILDING ENTRY is on East Jones. You'll see 1100 Broadway over the door.

Studio 306 is third story walk up. (two flights of stairs). Unfortunately, the elevator is out permanently of service. As soon as you enter through the 1100 door, you'll head up the stairs. They look challenging from the lobby - it's okay - you'll make it. :)

Curb parking is typically available (free of charge) on both sides of E. Jones, Broadway and North Alamo. (Do pay attention to tow away zones - there are a couple.) If you're parking on North Alamo, where there are no marked spots on the curb. Do not park within 30' of a facing stop sign to avoid being ticketed.

STUDIO NOTES:
There are two restrooms in the building. Second floor restroom is the largest with a full length mirror. Third floor is convenient, but tiny. The code for both is 3388. We do have a changing area in our studio should you need it.
